Billing & Payment
When you place your order with us, a Quote Invoice will be sent to you,
which also provides you with your order number and our bank account
details. You can pay through your online banking account, or if
you prefer, you can mail us a cheque to: Floratechnics Ltd, 1/346 St Heliers Bay Rd,
St Heliers, Auckland 1071, New Zealand. Please remember to write
your order number and personal or business details on the back of the
cheque.
Payments will by made by invoice. All prices indicated are in New
Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Floratechnics is committed to making this process easier for you, and it is
presently under review.
Important Note: Email security
When sending us sensitive information about
yourself by email, such as credit card information, ensure you click on
the "Encryption" tab or appropriate menu item, within
your email program. This will scramble your email and generate a
unique code that is readable only by us.
Freight
Freight is additional and depending on the delivery location. These costs
will vary.
Deliveries
These are made on the date requested. Deliveries
at specific times of the day can be requested, however are not
absolutely guaranteed.
Refund Policy
If your order is not delivered to your
satisfaction then Floratechnics will either arrange a re-delivery of
your order to the recipient or provide you with a Gift Certificate or
100% refund of your order.
Note
Most flowers are seasonal by nature and therefore may differ from those
displayed in this site. We seek to fulfill orders in keeping with the
sentiments the flowers are ordered for. If you want special blooms
included, please note these when you
contact us.
